  • I caved a little, ate a little and got annoyed and sulky an didnt do nemore exercise :( but not loads, no wer near a binge and i lost a pound :) good job id not eaten much the rest of the day. Todays been good so far n i will not make the same mistake i did last night, plus i have not got ne tempting items in my room anymore so thats good.

    Intake : Strawberries (16) Grapes (30) Sorbet ice lolly thing (96)

    Outtake: 45 mins walk

    Planned: 100 sit ups, 100 star jumps, 100 squats, weights, an hour cardio an hula hooping. Foodwise just fruit i think but definitely no carbs today!

  • Been ages since i posted - 20th of August was the last time. Since then i lost a little more then gained back :( Had some amazing times tho n been all over the place.
    Right now I am a gross 135 but on period and havent been able to exercise as much as id like. Had a good last few days but not lost much, well i lost like 9lbs super quick wed to fri but then one dinner on fri night n whoosh weight was bk up so here we are. Fasted yesterday pretty much - had two of those eclair sweets at like midnight (70)
    Today - il b home at 5.30 and gna exercise my arse of and start packing rest of my stuff for the return to uni
    Intake: plan is to stay under 300, so far >
    Sprite zero (3)
    Banana (80)
    Muller light (103)

    Outake: (planned)
    100 sit ups
    100 squats
    100 star jumps
    weights
    Walk - minimum 45 mins (x)
    Bike ride - minimum 30 minutes
    Stationary bike - minimum 30 minutes
    Maybe a swim - minimum 45 mins

    When i get home il see wot food we have, want to hav some more fruit an maybe soup, going for no carbs today.
    im gna try n emulate my 10lbs in 5 days thing or near as poss - really low cal/major exercise and hit 126 by the 9th. Then lose a lb a day thereafter. That would mean 123 by first day of freshers, 118 by a bday party at a different uni, 116 by first monday of proper term starting and at my goal of 112 by that friday. Obviously thats the uber optimistic, everyday perfect, no fuck ups plan so gna try n b as close to tht as possible.

    Right, the bfs back n need to giv him his laptop without him seeing this so off i go.
    Thinspo lately i hope and update my in and outake.

    God im so hungry an forgot i left half a bag of salt n vinegar chipsticks n two cookies in my room. Want to eat them so bad, but a) ther bad for me n full of calories b) itl probably trigger a binge and c) i dnt no if il b able to purge due to parents and not being very good at it neway. So why, when i no all this n just got bk from a walk wer i planned the rest of my exercise and thought about the reasons i wanted to be thin an how happy id be an my goals, am i still feeling like if i go upstairs il eat them?? AHHH! Help!

  • 1 amazing week then 2 and a half weeks of being terrible...no more
    I will be 8 stone or close to it by Oct 12th...no excuses, no fuck ups allowed to stop it...it has to happen
    I lost 10lbs in 5 days that amazing week and altho i might not b able to do exactly the same again thts what my vague aim is...tht kind of loss till im down to around 9st then i think it will get harder to lose but im gna go for it
    I feel lethargic and sluggish, bloated and just eugh! And it ends here!
    I really want to exercise which I think is probably a good sign lol feel like i need to move! Going out tonight and the only calories I'l consume today will be alcohol (spirits and diet mixers) and i will dance - alot. At bfs house atm and he was about to go get a haircut so i was thinking i mite just dance around his house, do some starjumps and sit ups that kind of thing BUT now he's decided he cant be bothered and his mums here now too so not sure wot to do - might go shower then ask him if he'll go for a walk with me hmmm not sure.
    Going to be at home at least Mon to Fri next week and will swim everyday plus i think that Fri will b going out with some friends to a club that's open till 5 am = we did it last week and my god such a good work out! We danced for more than 5 hours lol
    Feeling good (well good about 'it' not actually bodily good) and the bf and his mum are eating and im happily sitting round the corner on the laptop :) first step in the right direction.

    Peoples best exercises? (esp for toning the legs/thighs) And low calorie snacks/foods that still make u feel full??

  • Down another lb and a half :) yay

    Didnt eat anything else and had 1 small malibu and diet coke and one J20 soft drink plus water at the pub. Had a great time and ended up staying at a friends. Just lazed in bed chatting to one of the guys all morning, didnt have breakfast or drink anything and just got back and weighed myself. Im so happy to see the scale moving down and to see my hard work paying off!

    Going to go swimming at 6 then either go out for my friends bday or to a house party/gathering tonight. Either way im not really gonna drink, stick to vodka and/or malibu with diet coke and deciding atm wot to eat/whether to eat today. Might wait till after swimming see im im hungry, weak or nauseous.

    Hope everyone is happy and kicking their fats butt :) Stay strong xxx

    I had some soup (91) Chicken (24) Grapes (5) Total = 120 Went Swimming - 60 lengths in about 45mins i think so way quicker than before :)

    Going out and might drink but not sure and if i do not much, might have to drive. hope everyones still doing well! :)

  • Only lost half a pound BUT i can live with tht - i was just scared id get on the scales an it wud have gone up, like the 4lb loss was a mistake but thankfully that didn't happen :) Could only swim 40 lenghts (35mins) because i got to the pool late but im gonna take the dog out for a walk with my mum in a bit and mayb try and do some hula hooping an stuff.

    Out tonight (just to the pub to catch up with some friends) but im driving i think so no drinking meaning no alcohol calories. If i dnt drive then il stick to vodka, mayb malibu which is likie 80cals a shot w/diet coke an only hav a few.

    Intake: 3rd of a can of heinz tomato, sweet chilli and pasta soup (46.8) slice of chicken (8)

    Outake: Swimming (317) Walking later (will wear pedometer)

    I think that's all im gna hav so if i drink a) most all cals will be alcohol cals b) less food = less drink to make me tipsy/drunk and c) cheaper :) Might have a few grapes an a little more soup but thats the maximum. We'll see...
